HOW IT WORKS

JD Investment Management, LLC (JDIM) provides fee-based personalized Portfolio Management Services and Financial Planning Services. 

During your free initial consultation, you will be introduced to JDIM's services, and JDIM will gather information about your investment objectives, financial condition, and risk tolerance.  This will be used to formulate an investment plan just for you.

At the conclusion of the initial consultation, the Client will sign JDIM’s Investment Advisory Agreement, which serves as the contract between the Client and JDIM, specifying the precise nature of services to be rendered by JDIM and fees to be paid by the Client.

Your account will be custodied at a third party of your choice, such as Charles Schwab. 

A management fee between 0.6% and 1.0% will be charged, based on the size of your account.  JDIM doesn't receive any commissions, although for some investments, you may pay a commission to your custodian.  There may be other fees charged by the custodian.  Please learn more about fees at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/. 

Accounts are reviewed on a regular basis, and there's an annual in person review to make sure your portfolio is on track.
